HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act
1941, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby
amends the Order in Council published in Gazette, 25 October
1956, Vol. II, page 1450, apportioning representation on the
South Canterbury Catchment Board by deleting from the
Schedule thereto the words and figures
Geraldine County
Levels County
and substituting the words and figures
The Te Ngawai, Pleasant Point, Seadown, Had-
low, and Otipua Ridings of the Strathallan
County
The Mount Peel-Rangitata Temuka, and
Geraldine Ridings of the Strathallan County

Constitution of the Bay of Islands Hydatids Control District

Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Hydatids Act 1968, His Excellency the
Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council hereby makes the following order.
ORDER

  1. (1) This order may be cited as the Bay of Islands Hydatids
    Control District Order 1975.
    (2) This order shall come into force on the day after the
    date of its notification in the Gazette.
  2. The areas comprising the County of Bay of Islands and
    the Borough of Kaikohe as from time to time constituted
    are hereby declared to be united to form an hydatids control
    district to be called the Bay of Islands Hydatids Control
    District.
  3. The Bay of Islands County Council is hereby appointed
    the hydatids control authority for the Bay of Islands Hydatids
    Control District.

    Captain (temp. Major) A. F. Clement to be Major with
    seniority from 20 June 1974 and effect from 6 September

  5. Captain R. N. Himona to be temp. Major with effect
    from 24 June 1974.
    Captain William James Baldie is transferred from the
    Territorial Force in his present rank with seniority from
    24 November 1973 and effect from 19 November 1974, on
    his appointment as a Military Observer, UNMOGIP
    (Pakistan).
    Supernumerary List
    Captain and Quartermaster Ian James Fallon is posted to
    the Retired List with effect from 27 December 1974.

    Supernumerary List
    The engagement of Major R. G. H. Golightly is extended
    until 12 November 1980.
