CORRIGENDUM
In the Declaration dated the 3rd day of December 1974,
and published in Gazette 19 December 1974, No. 122, page
2985, declaring land taken for river protection purposes in
the City of Upper Hutt, pursuant to section 32 of the
Public Works Act 1928, for "Westland Land District" read
"Wellington Land District", which last mentioned words appear
in the original Declaration signed by the Minister of Works
and Development.

Declaring Land in the North Auckland Land District, Vested
in the Auckland Education Board as a Site for a School
to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education
Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that
the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area
vested in the Auckland Education Board as a site for a
school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed
and discharged from every education trust affecting the same,
but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements
affecting the same at the date hereof.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—WHANGAROA COUNTY
TE TOUWAI B9A1 Block, situated in Block VIII, Whangaroa
Survey District: area, 1.4669 hectares, more or less. All

Auckland
DENIS BLUNDELL, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward
Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 13th day of February 1975.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 217 square metres, situated
in the City of Auckland, and being Lot 1, D.P. 59010. Part
certificate of title, Volume 1898, folio 42, North Auckland
Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis
Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby pro-
claim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Chairman,
Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Taumarunui
as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
13th day of February 1975.
