PURSUANT to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953,
the Maori Land Board hereby gives notice as follows.
NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development
   Notice Whangarei 1975, No. 62.
2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is
   hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described
   in the Second Schedule hereto.
3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is
   hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act

   Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974 (No. 1260 Ag. 61422)
   PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode
   Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following
   lands are declared to be infected areas:
   (a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been
   found—
   An area of 9 acres, and 8.1 perches, more or
   less, situated south of and adjoining Blakes Road
   and Calcutta Road at their junction, being Lot 4,
   and part Lot 2, Deposited Plan No. 18328, and
   being parts Allotments 231 and 232, Suburban Sec-
   tion 2, Parish of Pukekohe, C.T. 888/32 (Auckland
   Registry).
   (b) Other land within a radius of 80 kilometres of the
   land described in paragraph (a) above being—
   (i) An area of 10 acres, more or less, situated
