- The Napier High School Board of Governors shall cease

to control Tamatea High School and the sole control of
that school shall be vested in the Board of Governors con-
stituted by clause 2 of this notice.

The Napier High School Board of Governors Notice 1975
PURSUANT to section 51 of the Education Act 1964, the
Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
-
(1) This notice may be cited as the Napier High School
Board of Governors Notice 1975.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of
June 1976. -
The Board of Governors of Napier High School shall
be constituted as follows:
(a) Two members elected by the parents of the pupils
attending the Napier Boys' High School;
(b) Two members elected by the parents of the pupils
attending the Napier Girls' High School, of whom
at least one shall be a woman;
(c) Two members elected by the parents of the pupils
attending the Colenso High School;
(d) Two members elected by the parents of the pupils
attending the Taradale High School;
(e) One member elected by the associations of employers
in local industry;
(f) One member elected by the associations of employees
in local industry;
(g) One member appointed by the Hawke's Bay Education
Board; and
(h) One member appointed by the Hawke's Bay Agricultural
and Pastoral Association (Incorporated).
- The Napier High School Board of Governors notice
1973* is hereby revoked.

has been set apart as State forest land as from the date
of publication hereof.

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Trans-
port hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Waikato County)
Notice No. 1, 1975. -
The road specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby
declared to be a closely populated locality for the purposes
of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962. -
The Traffic (Waikato County) Notice No. 1, 1973, dated
the 19th day of January 1973+, under section 52 of the
Transport Act 1962, and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regula-
tions 1956*, which relates to a road situated in Waikato
County at Rangiriri is hereby revoked.
SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Waikato County at Rangiriri:
Talbot Street: from a point 470 metres measured northerly
generally along the said street from Morphy Street to a
point 180 metres measured southerly generally along the
said street from Morphy Street.

The Traffic (Whangarei County) Notice No. 2, 1975
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Trans-
port hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
-
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Whangarei
County) Notice No. 2, 1975. -
The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto, are
hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the
purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, to the
intent that a person driving any motor vehicle thereon at any
time during the period commencing with the 1st day of
December in each year and ending with the Tuesday follow-
ing Easter in the next ensuing year shall be subject to the
maximum speed limit of 50 kilometres an hour fixed by the
said section. -
The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are
hereby declared to be 70-kilometres-an-hour speed limit areas
for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations
1956*. -
The Traffic (Whangarei County) Notice No. 2, 1969,
dated the 3rd day of June 1969t, and the Traffic (Whangarei
County) Notice No. 3, 1969, dated the 26th day of August
1969t, under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and
regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, which relate
to roads situated within Whangarei County are hereby revoked.
FIRST SCHEDULE
SITUATED IN WHANGAREI COUNTY
At McLeods Bay:
Onerahi - Urquharts Bay Road: from a point 60 metres
measured south-easterly generally along the said road from
Reotahi Road to a point 2400 metres measured northerly
generally along Onerahi - Urquharts Bay Road from Reotahi
Road.
At Taurikura Bay:
Onerahi - Urquharts Bay Road: from a point 320 metres
measured westerly generally along the said road from Tauri-
kura Road to a point 960 metres measured south-easterly
generally along Onerahi - Urquharts Bay Road from Odys
Road.
At Tamaterau:
Whangarei Heads Road: from a point 320 metres measured
westerly generally along the said road from Scott Road to
a point 840 metres measured westerly generally along the
Whangarei Heads Road from Scott Road.
