The above notice, published on p. 2190 of Gazette, No. 82,
of 2 October 1975, was published in error, the notice having
been published and become effective from the date of its
previous publication on p. 2142 of Gazette, No. 79, on 25
September 1975.
Proclaiming an Area in the City of Auckland to be a Reclamation Area, Under Part II of the Urban Renewal and Housing Improvement Act 1945

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 19 of the Urban Renewal and Housing Improvement Act 1945, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim the land, defined in the Schedule hereto, to be a reclamation area under Part II of the said Act; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of October 1975.
SCHEDULE
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL of those parcels of land, situated in the City of Auckland,
bounded by Schofield and Dryden Streets and Williamson Avenue containing—Firstly: two thousand two hundred and seventy-seven (2277) square metres, more or less, being Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, Section 37, Deposited Plan 329, and being part Allotment 39, Section 8, Suburbs of Auckland, and being all the land contained in certificate of title 1967/26, North Auckland Registry; and secondly: one thousand four hundred and nineteen decimal 3 (1419.3) square metres, more or less, being Lots 7, 8, and 9 of Block 37 on Deposited Plan 329, and being part of Allotment 39, Section 8, Suburbs of Auckland, and being all the land contained in certificate of title 5D/28, North Auckland Registry; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked 180/17 deposited in the office of the Minister of Housing at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of October 1975.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street diversion and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Christchurch as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of October 1975.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood and 16.5 perches,
situated in the City of Christchurch, being Lots 1 and 2,
D.P. 22653. All certificate of title 4D/934, Canterbury Land
Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, by his Deputy and issued under the Seal of
New Zealand, this 26th day of September 1975.
