The Traffic (Thames-Coromandel District) Notice No. 4, 1975
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Thames-Coromandel District) Notice No. 4, 1975.

The area specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a closely populated locality for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, to the intent that a person driving any motor vehicle thereon at any time during the period commencing with the 1st day of December in each year and ending with the Tuesday following Easter in the next ensuing year shall be subject to the maximum speed limit of 50-kilometres-an-hour fixed by the said section.

The Traffic (Thames County) Notice No. 2, 1975, dated the 28th day of May 1975† under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, which relates to roads situated within Thames County is hereby revoked.
SCHEDULE
Situated within Thames-Coromandel District at Pauanui.
All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point where Hikuai Settlement Road intersects the north-eastern side of Sheppard Avenue; thence north-westerly generally along the said roadside to a point 320 metres measured north-westerly generally along Sheppard Avenue from Hikuai Settlement Road; thence across Sheppard Avenue at right angles from its north-eastern side to its north-western side; thence north-westerly generally along the north-western side of Sheppard Avenue to its north-western end; thence due west by a right line to the shoreline of the Tairua Harbour; thence northerly, easterly, and southerly generally along the shoreline of the said harbour and the Pacific Ocean to a point due east of the eastern end of Pauanui Beach Road; thence due west by a right line to the north-western side of the eastern end of Pauanui Beach Road; thence westerly generally along the said roadside to the commencing point.

The Traffic (Opotiki County) Notice No. 1, 1975
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Opotiki County) Notice No. 1, 1975.

The road specified in the First Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a 70-kilometres-an-hour speed limit area for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

The road specified in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a 70-kilometres-an-hour speed limit area for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, to the intent that a person driving any motor vehicle thereon at any time during the period commencing with the 20th day of December in each year and ending with the 10th day of February in the next ensuing year and the period commencing with the Thursday preceding Easter and ending with the Tuesday following Easter each year shall be subject to the maximum speed limit of 70-kilometres-an-hour fixed by the said regulation.
FIRST SCHEDULE
Situated within Opotiki County at Maraetai Bay:
State Highway 35 (Opotiki-Gisborne via Te Araroa): from a point 550 metres west of Copenhagen Road to a point 1050 metres west of Copenhagen Road.
SECOND SCHEDULE
Situated within Opotiki County at Maraetai Bay:
State Highway 35 (Opotiki-Gisborne via Te Araroa): from a point 1050 metres west of Copenhagen Road to a point 1500 metres west of Copenhagen Road.

Consent to the Distribution of New Therapeutic Drug
Pursuant to section 12 of the Food and Drug Act 1969, the Minister of Health hereby consents to the distribution in New Zealand of the new therapeutic drug set out in the Schedule hereto.
