Declaration That Land is a Public Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was
passed by the Porirua City Council on the 23rd day of
July 1975.
"That in exercise of the powers conferred on it, by section
13 of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Porirua City
Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the
Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the said city in fee
simple and described in the Schedule hereto shall be and
is hereby declared to be a public reserve for recreation
within the meaning of the said Act."

Declaration That Part of the Ruakaka Domain Shall Be a
Recreation Reserve and Revocation of the Reservation
Over the Said Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby declares that that part of the Ruakaka
Domain, described in the Schedule hereto, shall cease to be
subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and
Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation
reserve subject to Part II of the said Act, and further, revokes
the reservation for recreation purposes over the said reserve.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying
the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall
Be Utilised
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for
school purposes over the land, described in the Schedule
hereto, and further declares that the said land may be disposed
of by the Cook County Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be used or applied
in or towards the improvement of other public reserves
under the control of the Council or in or towards the purchase of other land for public reserves.
