NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up
of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was,
on the 11th day of September 1975, presented to the said
Court by GILES & ELLIOTT LIMITED, a duly incorporated
company having its registered office at Wellington and the
said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting
at Christchurch on the 10th day of October 1975, at 10 o'clock
in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said
company desirous to support or oppose the making of an
order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing
in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy
of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any
creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a
copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

of "Hawke's Bay Commercial Gardeners' Society Limited"

AUCKLAND REGIONAL AUTHORITY

SPECIAL ORDER

The Auckland Regional Authority in exercise of the powers
vested in it by the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963,
section 42, and in pursuance of the authority conferred
upon it under the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, and
in exercise of all other powers enabling it on that behalf
doeth hereby resolve by special resolution intended to operate
as a special order to borrow the sum of three hundred and
seventy-eight thousand dollars ($378,000) as a special loan
to be known as Forestry Encouragement Loan No. 3, 1975,
$378,000, for the purposes of establishing forestry plantations
totalling 3,700 acres and reimbursing the general account
expenditure previously incurred for this purpose.

The foregoing special order was passed at an ordinary
meeting of the Auckland Regional Authority held on 18
August 1975 and confirmed at an ordinary meeting of the
said Authority held on 15 September 1975, having meantime
been advertised in the Auckland Star, on 23 August and on
6 September 1975.

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter
of HAWKINS HOLDINGS LTD., a public company duly
incorporated in New Zealand and having its registered
office at Tawa Street, Melville, in the City of Hamilton:

NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court,
dated the 27th day of August 1975, confirming the special
resolution of the company of the 7th day of August 1975
authorising the company to distribute to holders from time
to time of the ordinary shares in the capital of the company
the sum of $299,933.86 standing to the credit of the share
premium reserve account of the company as at the 31st day
of March 1975 subject to the directors transferring to a
capital replacement fund, prior to making any such distribution,
an amount equal to the amount to be distributed,
such capital replacement fund not to be available for the
payment of dividends nor without the approval of the
Supreme Court for distributions to shareholders but may
be applied in paying up unissued shares of the company
as fully paid bonus shares, was registered by the Registrar
of Companies on the 12th day of September 1975.

PURSUANT to the Law Practitioners Act 1955, notice is
hereby given that the Disciplinary Committee of New Zealand
Law Society, on the 19th day of August 1975 ordered that
the name of ALWYN EVAN MOON be struck off the roll of
barristers and the roll of solicitors of the Supreme Court
of New Zealand and further ordered that the said Alwyn
Evan Moon pay to the New Zealand Law Society the sum of
one thousand five hundred dollars for costs.
