Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Gisborne City Council

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for esplanade purposes, and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Gisborne, in trust, for that purpose.

Change of Name of Part of Otahu Scenic Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that part of the scenic reserve described in the Schedule hereto and known as part of the Otahu Scenic Reserve shall hereafter be known as Lonekers Bush Scenic Reserve.

Declaration That Land is a Public Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the New Lynn Borough Council on the 6th day of August 1975:

"That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 13 of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the New Lynn Borough Council hereby resolves that the pieces of land held by the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the said Borough in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby declared to be public reserves for recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act."

Reservation of Land and Declaration That Land be Part of the Wanganui River Scenic Reserve

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for scenic purposes, and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve to form part of the Wanganui River Scenic Reserve to be administered as a scenic reserve by the Wanganui River Scenic Board.

Reservation of Land and Declaration That Land be Part of the Hyde Domain

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for recreation purposes, and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve to be a public domain subject to the provisions of Part III of the last-mentioned Act to form part of the Hyde Domain to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.
