NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Pork Meat Basic Price Notice No. 3, 1975.
  2. This notice shall be operable from the date of publication in the Gazette.
  3. This notice fixes the basic f.o.b. price for pork meat as specified in the following Schedule.

SCHEDULE

“WILTSHIRE SIDES” of a weight not less than 25 kg and not exceeding 35 kg graded prime quality: 140c per kilogram, f.o.b. all meat export ports.
“Headless Sides” (½ backbone in) of a weight not less than 25.5 kg and not exceeding 36 kg graded prime quality: 134c per kilogram, f.o.b. all meat export ports.
“Headless Parker Sides” of a weight not less than 12 kg and not exceeding 25 kg graded prime quality: 124c per kilogram, f.o.b. all meat export ports.

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 the Maori freehold land, described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a burial ground for the common use and benefit of the members of the Ngatikawa and Ngatirahiri hapus of the Ngapuhi tribe.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land situated in Block X, Kawakawa Survey District, and described as follows:
A. R. P. 24 3 18 Te Umutakiura (Wahitapu) as created by a Free-hold Order of the Maori Land Court, dated 6 September 1929.

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 the Maori freehold land, described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a burial ground for the common use and benefit of the descendants of Maraea Hemi Tipene and such reservation to be named ‘Kaitoke Wahitapu’.

ALL that piece of land situated in Block XII, Motatau Survey District, and described as follows:
A. R. P. 0 2 00 Motatau 2 Section 64A3 as created by a Partition Order of the Maori Land Court, dated 25 January 1950.
