Notice of Voluntary Winding-up Resolution
Pursuant to Section 269
NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general
meeting of the company, duly convened and held on the
16th day of September 1975, the following special resolution
was duly passed:

"That the company be wound up voluntarily and that
David Charles Gardner, of Dunedin, chartered accountant
be, and is hereby appointed liquidator for the purposes of
such winding up."

THE liquidator of the Baghdad Motels Company Ltd., which
