The Traffic (Taupo County) Notice No. 3, 1975.

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of
Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Taupo County)
    Notice No. 3, 1975.

  2. The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby
    declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes
    of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, to the intent that a
    person driving any motor vehicle thereon at any time during
    the period commencing with the 1st day of December in each
    year and ending with the Tuesday following Easter each year
    shall be subject to the maximum speed limit of 50-kilometres-
    an-hour fixed by the said section.

SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Taupo County at Hatepe:

ALL that area at Hatepe bounded by a line commencing at
a point on the western side of No. 1 State Highway
(Awanui-Bluff) 350 metres measured south-westerly generally
along the said State highway from Rareahu Avenue; thence
north-easterly generally along the western side of the said
State highway to the southern side of the Hatepe Stream;
thence westerly generally along the southern side of the
Hatepe Stream to the shore of Lake Taupo; thence southerly
generally along the shore of Lake Taupo to a point due
west of the commencing point; thence due east by a right
line to the commencing point.

Import Control Exemption Withdrawal Notice 1975

PURSUANT to regulation 17 of the Import Control Regulations 1973*, the Minister of Trade and Industry hereby gives notice as follows:

  1. (a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Withdrawal Notice 1975.
    (b) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

  2. The exemption from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations in respect of the goods of the class set forth in the
    Schedule hereto, included in the exemption notice shown in the Schedule, is hereby withdrawn.
