Act 1950 in the County of Ashburton (No. 1233 Ag. 20649A)

Pursuant to the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries Act
1953, for the purposes of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the
following Special Order made by the Ashburton County
Council on the 15th day of August 1975, is hereby published.

SPECIAL ORDER
"That pursuant to the provisions of section 3 of the Noxious
Weeds Act 1950, the Council of the County of Ashburton,
hereby resolved by way of Special Order that Johnson grass
(Sorghum halepense) be a noxious weed within the County
of Ashburton."

Act 1950 in the County of Rangitikei (No. 1234 Ag.

Pursuant to the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the following
Special Order, made by the Rangitikei County Council on
the 14th day of August 1975, is hereby published.

SPECIAL ORDER
"That in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it
by section 3 (1) of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950 the Rangi-
tikei County Council, by way of Special Order, hereby resolves
and declares that Johnson grass (Sorghum halepense) is a
noxious weed within the County of Rangitikei."

the 19th day of August 1975, is hereby published.

SPECIAL ORDER
Pursuant to section 3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950,
the Matamata County Council hereby resolves, by way of
Special Order, that Johnson grass (Sorghum halepense) be
declared a noxious weed within the County of Matamata.

Special Order, made by the Waikohu County Council on
the 18th day of August 1975, is hereby published.

SPECIAL ORDER
In pursuance of the powers vested in it by section 3 of the
Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Waikohu County Council hereby
resolves, by way of Special Order, that the plant Johnson
grass (Sorghum halepense) be declared a noxious weed within
the County of Waikohu.

"That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 3
of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Horowhenua County
Council hereby resolves and declares, by way of Special
Order, that the plant mentioned in the Schedule hereto be
a noxious weed within the County of Horowhenua.

SPECIAL ORDER
"That in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it
by section 3 (1) of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, and amend-
ments thereto, the Wanganui County Council hereby, by way
of Special Order, declares that the plant named in the Schedule
hereto to be a noxious weed within the whole of the County
of Wanganui.

SCHEDULE
Bathurst bur (Xanthium spinosum)."

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Trans-
port hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Taupo County)
    Notice No. 2, 1975.
  2. The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby
    declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes
    of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
  3. The Traffic (Taupo County) Notice No. 2, 1969, dated
    the 6th day of October 1969+ under section 52 of the Trans-
    port Act 1962 and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations
    1956*, which relates to roads situated within Taupo County
    at Acacia Bay is hereby revoked.

SCHEDULE
Situated within Taupo County at Acacia Bay:
Acacia Bay Road: from a point 100 metres measured north-
easterly generally along the said road from Alberta Street
