Pursuant to section 45 of the Government Railways Act 1949 and section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold interest in the land described in the First Schedule hereto, held from the Napier Harbour Board by the New Zealand Wool Commission under and by virtue of lease No. 216437, is hereby taken for the Palmerston North-Gisborne Railway on and after the 22nd day of September 1975.
