Deputy of the Governor-General
His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to
constitute and appoint:
The Right Honourable Sir Herbert Richard Churton Wild,
K.C.M.G., E.D. and Bar, Chief Justice of New Zealand
to be Deputy of the Governor-General commencing at
10 p.m. on the 9th day of September 1975 and during
the period of the temporary absence of the Governor-General
from the seat of Government and from New Zealand.
