Appointment of the Dunedin City Council to Control and
Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby appoints the Dunedin City Council to control
and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto
subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for
scenic purposes to be known as the Flagstaff Scenic Reserve.

Change of the Purpose of a Reserve

Reservation of Land and Declaration That Land be the Lora
Gorge Domain

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands
hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto
as a reserve for recreation purposes and further, pursuant
to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said
reserve to be a public domain subject to the provisions
of Part III of the last-mentioned Act to be known as the
Lora Gorge Domain.

Declaration That Land is a Public Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was
passed by the Taranaki County Council on the 11th day
of April 1975.
"That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 13
of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Taranaki County
Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held in fee
simple by the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the
said County and described in the Schedule hereto shall
be and the same is hereby declared to be a public reserve
for recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act."
