Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Southland; and also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and when so closed shall vest in Lynden James Copeland, of Waimumu, farmer, subject to mortgage 264319, Southland Land Registry.

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a limited access street and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a limited access street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Waitemata from and after the 4th day of September 1975.
