and easterly along that boundary to the western side of the
Napier-Hastings Motorway; thence southerly generally, along
the western side of the motorway, the proposed western side
of the motorway as shown on S.O. Plan 6707, the western
side of the motorway again, the proposed western side of
the motorway as shown on S.O. Plan 6708, the northern
and western boundaries of Lot 8, D.P. 1639, to and along
the western boundary of part Lot 7, D.P. 1639, as shown
coloured orange on S.O. Plan 6462, again along the proposed
western side of the motorway as shown on S.O. Plans 6708
and 6709, the northern and western boundaries of part Sub-
urban Section 37, Napier, as shown coloured blue, bordered
blue, on S.O. Plan 6463, to and again along the proposed
western side of the motorway as shown on S.O. Plan 6709
to the middle of Meeanee Road; thence westerly along the
middle of Meeanee Road to the point of commencement.
Fourthly, all that area in the Hawke's Bay Land District,
Hawke's Bay County, containing 3.1716 hectares, more or
less, being Lot 14, D.P. 2916, and Lots 10 and 11, D.P. 390.
SECOND SCHEDULE
AREAS TO BE INCLUDED IN NAPIER CITY
FIRSTLY, all that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District
containing 5 hectares, more or less, bounded by a line com-
mencing at the intersection of the eastern side of the eastern
mole and the low-water mark of the ocean as described
in New Zealand Gazette, 1881, p. 749, and proceeding north-
erly along the eastern mole to its intersection with the mean
high-water mark; thence easterly along the mean high-water
mark to a point in line with the western boundary of Town
Section 461, Napier, being also the eastern side of Outram
Street; thence southerly along the production of that bound-
ary to the northern side of Hardinge Road; thence easterly
along that roadside, the proposed northern side of Hardinge
and Breakwater Roads as shown on Survey Office Plan 6669,
the northern side of Breakwater Road, and the proposed
northern side of Breakwater Road as shown on S.O. Plan
6670 to its intersection with the low-water mark aforesaid;
thence westerly along that low-water mark to the point of
commencement.
Secondly, all that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District
containing 33 hectares, more or less, bounded by a line
commencing at a point on the mean high-water mark of the
ocean due east of the south-eastern corner of Suburban Sec-
tion 700, Napier, and proceeding southerly along that mean
high-water mark to a point in line with the southern boundary
of Town Section 586, Napier, being also the northern side
of Ellison Street; thence westerly to the intersection of the
production of the southern boundary of Town Section 586,
Napier, and the low-water mark of the ocean as described
in New Zealand Gazette, 1881, p. 749; thence northerly
along that low-water mark to its intersection with the pro-
posed northern side of Breakwater Road as shown on Survey
Office Plan 6670; thence south-easterly along that proposed
roadside, the south-western side of road to be closed, coloured
green on S.O. Plan 2216, and the north-eastern side of
Breakwater Road to a point due east of the south-eastern
corner of Suburban Section 700, Napier; thence easterly
along a right line to the point of commencement.
THIRD SCHEDULE
AREA TO BE EXCLUDED FROM NAPIER CITY AND INCLUDED
IN HAWKE'S BAY COUNTY
ALL that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, City of
Napier, containing 140 square metres, more or less, bounded
by a line commencing at the intersection of the western
side of the Wellington-Napier Railway and the production
of the southern boundary of Lot 26, D.P. 5336, and pro-
ceeding southerly along the Wellington-Napier Railway for
a distance of 7.93 metres to a point in line with a stop-
bank as described in New Zealand Gazette, 1927, p. 2528;
thence westerly along a right line bearing 284° to its inter-
section with the production of the southern boundary of
Lot 26, D.P. 5336; thence easterly along the production of
the southern boundary of Lot 26 to the point of com-
mencement.
FOURTH SCHEDULE
AREA TO BE EXCLUDED FROM NAPIER CITY
ALL that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, City of
Napier, containing 760 square metres, more or less, bounded
by a line commencing at the intersection of the proposed
northern side of Breakwater Road as shown on Survey Office
Plan 6670 and the low-water mark of the ocean as described
in New Zealand Gazette, 1881, p. 749, and proceeding westerly
along the northern side of Breakwater Road for a distance
of approximately 80 metres to its intersection with the low-
water mark aforesaid; thence easterly and southerly along
that low-water mark to the point of commencement.
