Cancellation of the Vesting in the Strathallan County Council
and Revocation of the Reservation Over Reserves
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Strathallan and
revokes the reservation as reserves for gravel purposes over
the lands described in the First Schedule hereto and for
plantation purposes over the land described in the Second
Schedule hereto.

Consenting to the Assignment of a Licence to use Water
for the Purpose of Generating Electricity
PURSUANT to the Electricity Act 1968, the Minister of

Lake Heron, Mount Somers, farmer, a licence dated the 11th
day of October 1965 authorising Alexander Thomas
Urquhart, of Lake Heron, Mount Somers, farmer, to use
water for the purpose of generating electricity.

   revoked, and the Schedule to this notice is hereby substituted

   The Traffic (Taranaki County) Notice No. 1, 1975
   PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

4. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Taranaki County) Notice No. 1, 1975.
5. The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
6. The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 70-kilometres-an-hour speed limit areas for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.
7. The Traffic (Taranaki County) Notice No. 1, 1969, dated the 3rd day of June 1969† under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956* which relates to roads situated within Taranaki County at Bell Block is hereby revoked.
