Land Taken for Road in Block XVI, Alexandra Survey District, Waipa County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waipa as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of August 1975.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 782 square metres situated in Block XVI, Alexandra Survey District, being part Lot 1, D.P. 8966; as shown on plan S.O. 47396 lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton and thereon marked “A”.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 6th day of August 1975.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waipa as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of August 1975.

ALL that piece of land containing 2254 square metres situated in Block IV, Pirongia Survey District, being part Allotment 293, Mangapiko Parish; as shown on plan S.O. 47395 lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton and thereon marked “A”.

PERSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Raglan as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of August 1975.
