In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of CARTER HOLT HOLDINGS LTD. a company duly incorporated in New Zealand and having its registered office at Auckland:

NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand dated the 7th day of August 1975 confirming the reduction of the share premium account of the above-named company by the sum of six million three hundred thousand dollars ($6,300,000.00) and the distribution of such amount from the share premium account and the minute approved by the Court showing with respect to the capital of the said company and with respect to the share premium account as altered the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act and by the Court were registered with the Registrar of Companies at Auckland on the 14th day of August 1975.

The said minute is in the words and figures following:

"The share premium account of the said company which now stands at $6,440,600.88 is henceforth reduced to $140,600.88.

"The authorised share capital of the company is unchanged as a result of the reduction of the share premium account and still remains $15,000,000 divided into 15,000,000 ordinary shares of $1 each."

(2) Annual Volume (including index) bound in buckram, price on application. (Volumes for years 1936-37 and 1939-42 are out of print.)

(3) Separate regulations as issued.
