Declaring Land Taken for a Service Lane in the Borough
of Balclutha

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928,
the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares
that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered
into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
taken for a service lane and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors,
and Citizens of the Borough of Balclutha from and after the 21st day of August 1975.

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby
