Declaring Land Taken for a Recreation Ground in the City
of Waitemata

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that,
a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered
into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
taken for a recreation ground and shall vest in the Mayor,
Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Waitemata from and
after the 21st day of August 1975.

Waterworks in Heathcote County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that,
sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into,
the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby
taken for waterworks and that the stormwater and high-pressure water easement described in the Second Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for waterworks over the land described
in the Third Schedule hereto; and that such land and ease-
ment shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of
the City of Christchurch from and after the 21st day of
August 1975.
