Declaring Land in South Auckland Land District, Vested in
the South Auckland Education Board as a Site for a
School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education
Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that
the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area
vested in the South Auckland Education Board as a site for a
school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and
discharged from every education trust affecting the same, but
subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting
the same at the date hereof.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT--OHINEMURI COUNTY

SECTION 73, Block II, Aroha Survey District: area, 8093
square metres, more or less (S.O. Plan 26622).

Amending a Proclamation Setting Apart for Municipal Pur-
poses (Civic Centre Development) Land Held for Parking
Places in the City of Whangarei

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, I,
Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby amend the Proclamation dated the 3rd day
of March 1975 and published in Gazette, 13 March 1975,
No. 21, at page 477, setting apart for municipal purposes
(civic centre development), land held for parking places in
the City of Whangarei, by omitting the Schedule and substit-
tuting the following Schedule.

SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods and 1.4 perches
situated in the City of Whangarei, and being Lots 3 and 4,
D.P. 10925. All certificate of title, Volume 1035, folio 24,
North Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this
6th day of August 1975.

Land Taken for Street Widening in the City of Manukau

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis
Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby pro-
claim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for street widening and shall vest in
the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Manukau,
as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
21st day of August 1975.

SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 888 square metres situated
in the City of Manukau and being part Clendon's Grant,
Parish of Papakura; as shown marked "A" on plan S.O. 49729
lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this
6th day of August 1975.
