Lamont Ltd. (in liquidation):
NOTICE is hereby given that a special general meeting of
the company duly convened and held on the 12th day of
August 1975, the following special resolution was passed:
(1) That the company be wound up voluntarily.
(2) That Mr K. M. McKinlay of Auckland be and he
is hereby appointed liquidator of the company.
(3) That the remuneration of the liquidator shall be fixed.
The liquidator of D. F. & L. J. Lamont Ltd. which is
being wound up voluntarily doth hereby fix the 4th day
of September 1975 as a day on or before which the creditors
of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to
establish any title they may have to priority under section
308 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any
distribution.
