And notice is hereby further given that the plans of the land so required to be taken are deposited in the post office at Whakatane and are there open for inspection; that all persons directly affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any objection to the taking of the said land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, make a written objection and send it within 40 days after the first publication of this notice, to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board at Wellington; and that, if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested in Block II, Kaipara Survey District, Rodney County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereof, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Rodney and also proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereof; and also declares that the road first, secondly, thirdly, fourthly, fifthly, sixthly, seventhly, eighthly, and ninthly described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Mare Alach, of Kaukapakapa, widow, as to one-sixth share, Ivan Thomas Alach, of Kaukapakapa, farmer, as to a five-twelfths share, and Nicholas Tito Alach, of Kaukapakapa, farmer, as to a five-twelfths share, subject to memoranda of mortgage A273213, A527066, 109461, and A273214, North Auckland Land Registry, and that the road tenthly, eleventhly, and twelfthly described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in John Hammond Flay, of Matakana, farmer, and Violet Rosina Flay, his wife, subject to memoranda of mortgage A22872 and A22873, North Auckland Land Registry.
