Act 1952

under the Ministry of Transport Act 1968

launch;
(b) Local Launchmen’s licences;
(c) Certificates of competency as inshore fishing skipper;
and

Declaring Land Taken for a Service Lane and for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Service Lane in the Borough of Taumarunui

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a
sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the land first described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for a service lane and the land secondly described in the
said Schedule is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or
enjoyment of a service lane, which land shall vest in the
Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of
Taumarunui from and after the 14th day of August 1975.
