A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 70A of the Petroleum Act 1937, I, Sir
Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zea-
land, hereby proclaim and declare that middle line of portion
of the Oaonui-Auckland Pipeline (Mokau River-Ngarua-
wahia section) shall be that defined and set forth in the
Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation
shall affect only the lands situated within the limits of the
area hatched black on the plans marked M.P.P. 13/15/24 to
M.P.P. 13/15/47 (inclusive) referred to in the said Schedule.
