NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
NOTICE is hereby given that the Christchurch Drainage Board proposes under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public work, namely, the extension of its sludge disposal operations, and for the purpose of such public work all of the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken. All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have any objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land, not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth such objection in writing and send the same within 40 days of the first publication of this notice, to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board in Wellington. If any objection is made in accordance with this notice a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

ALL that parcel of land situated in the Canterbury Land District containing 1.2773 hectares or thereabouts situated in the City of Christchurch being Lot 2 on Deposited Plan 34269 and being all of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Register 14A, folio 1291, and situated at Breezes Road, Christchurch.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand dated the 20th day of June 1975 confirming the reduction of capital of the above-named company from

four thousand dollars ($4,000.00) to four hundred dollars ($400.00) and the minute approved by the Court showing with respect to the capital of the company as altered the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 5th day of August 1975. The said minute is in the words and figures following:
