Amending a Declaration Setting Apart Crown Land for Better
Utilisation in Blocks IV, IX, and X, Belmont Survey
District, Hutt County, and in the City of Lower Hutt

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928,
the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends
the declaration dated the 24th day of March 1975, published
in Gazette, 10 April 1975, No. 32, at p. 819, setting apart
Crown land for better utilisation in Blocks IV, IX, and
X, Belmont Survey District, Hutt County, and in the City of
Lower Hutt, by omitting the plan number “(S.O. 21728)” and
substituting the plan number “(S.O. 27128)” and by omitting
the word “sepia” and substituting the word “blue”, where
they both refer to the area of 5.1 perches, in the First
Schedule of the said declaration.
