Declaring Land Taken, Subject to Fencing Agreements, for Teachers' Residences in the Borough of Taupo

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the fencing agreements contained in transfers S. 289131 and S. 523372, South Auckland Land Registry, for teachers' residences from and after the 7th day of August 1975.

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the interest in the land described in the Schedule hereto held from Her Majesty the Queen by Patrick Taipiri of Huntly, railway employee, and Mary Taipiri, his wife, as joint tenants under and by virtue of agreement for sale and purchase, No. 1D/94, is hereby taken, subject to the mining easements created by lease 173230 (R113/44) and conveyance 402736 (R569/643), South Auckland Land Registry, for a teacher's residence from and after the 7th day of August 1975.
