ROXBURGH PEST DESTRUCTION BOARD
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Staff Housing Loan 1974 of $7,000.00

PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
Roxburgh Pest Destruction Board hereby resolves as follows:

That for the purpose of providing the annual charges on
a loan of $7,000.00 authorised to be raised by the Roxburgh
Pest Destruction Board under the above-mentioned Act for
the purpose of purchasing a staff residence in the Ettrick
District the said Roxburgh Pest Destruction Board hereby
makes a special rate of 0.207 cents in the dollar upon the
rateable value (upon the basis of annual value) of all the
rateable property of the Roxburgh Pest Destruction Board
comprising the whole of the Roxburgh Pest Destruction Board
District, and that the special rate shall be an annual recurring
rate during the currency of the loan and shall be payable
by equal aggregate annual or half-yearly instalment during
the currency of the loan being a period of twenty (20) years
until the loan is fully paid off.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a true copy of a
resolution passed by the Roxburgh Pest Destruction Board
at a meeting held on the 21st day of July 1975.
