National Electrical and Engineering Company Ltd., a duly
incorporated company having its registered office at Well-
ton, under and by virtue of memorandum of lease No. 731413,
recorded in certificate of title No. 5C/139, Wellington Land
Registry, is hereby taken, subject to and together with the
party wall-rights created by transfer No. 208231, for a trans-
port station and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and
Citizens of the City of Wellington from and after the 31st day
