Notice 1975.
WHEREAS in respect of a discontinuance of employment at the
site of the construction of No. 3 paper machine at the
premises of Tasman Pulp and Paper Company Limited,
Kawerau (which construction is known as Project Tane) I am
satisfied that it has caused or is likely to cause serious loss or
inconvenience and that it has been brought about wholly or
partly by members of the above-mentioned union:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 130 of the Industrial
Relations Act 1973, I give notice as follows:
- (a) This notice may be cited as the Auckland District
Boilermakers, Structural Metal Fabricators and Assemblers,
Metal Ship and Bridge Builders Industrial Union of Workers
(Project Tane, Kawerau) Cancellation Notice 1975.
(b) This notice shall take effect on the date of its publication
in the Gazette. - The registration in respect of the site of the construction
of No. 3 paper machine at the premises of Tasman Pulp and
Paper Company Limited, Kawerau of the Auckland District
Boilermakers, Structural Metal Fabricators and Assemblers,
Metal Ship and Bridge Builders Industrial Union of Workers
is hereby cancelled.
