The liquidator of Fayron Fabrics Ltd, which is being wound up voluntarily, doth hereby fix the 31st day of July 1975 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to such distribution.

NOTICE is hereby given that an extraordinary resolution for winding up was passed by the above-named company on the 9th day of July 1975. And that a meeting of creditors of the above-named company will, pursuant to sections 284, 285, and 286 of the above Act, be held at the offices of Messrs Hornblow, Carran, Kurta, Lawrence & Co., Solicitors, Druids Chambers, Woodward Street, Wellington, on the 18th day of July 1975 at 2.00 o'clock in the afternoon.
NOTE: The member entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote as instructed by him and that proxy need not be a member of the company. The proxies must be lodged at the registered office of the company at 22 Hawker Street, Wellington, not later than 12 o'clock on the 17th day of July 1975.
