Cancellation of the Vesting in the Dannevirke County Council

Change of the Purpose of a Reserve and Naming of a Reserve
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve described
in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for recreation purposes
to a reserve for scenic purposes and further, declares that
the reserve shall be known as the Wairere Road Scenic
Reserve.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Reserves Specifying the
Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be
Utilised
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby revokes the reservation over the lands
described in the Schedule hereto as reserves for the purposes
specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the said
lands and further, declares that the said lands may be dis-
posed of by the Manukau City Council at current market
value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the
Council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and
applied in or towards the improvement of other public reserves
under the control of the Council or in or towards the purchase
of other land for public reserves.

Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 14) 1975
PURSUANT to regulation 17 of the Import Control Regulations 1973*, the Minister of Trade and Industry hereby gives notice as follows:

1. (a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 14) 1975.
   (b) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
2. Goods of the classes specified and for the purposes of the Customs Tariff falling within the Tariff items in the First Schedule hereto,
   imported from and being the produce or manufacture of any country, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under the said
   regulations.
3. The exemptions from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations in respect of the goods of the classes set forth in the
   Second Schedule hereto, included in the exempting notice shown in the Second Schedule, are hereby withdrawn.
