Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby pro-
claims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto,
which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and
Inhabitants of the County of Dannevirke and also hereby
proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule
hereto is hereby closed, and shall when so closed vest in
Patricia Parahi Hape, of Dannevirke, widow, as administratrix.

Takapau Survey District, Dannevirke County

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby
proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule
hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors,
and Inhabitants of the County of Dannevirke also hereby
proclaims as closed the road described in the Second and
Third Schedules hereto, and also hereby declares that the
road described in the Second Schedule hereto shall, when
so closed, vest in Audrey Etheline Finch, of Ormondville,
married women, subject to mortgage 224519, Hawke's Bay
Land Registry, and hereby further declares that the closed
road described in the Third Schedule hereto shall be dealt
with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.
