Amending a Declaration Taking Land for a Secondary School
in the City of Manukau

Pursuant to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928,
the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the
Declaration dated the 13th day of November 1974 and
published in Gazette, 28 November 1974, No. 117, at p. 2731,
taking land for a secondary school in the City of Manukau
by omitting the Schedule and substituting the following
Schedule.

ALL those pieces of land situated in the City of Manukau,
described as follows:

for a teacher’s residence from and after the 17th day of July
1975.

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that,
a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,

subject to the fencing agreement contained in transfer S.
393937, the mining right created by transfer 207274 and
together with pipeline certificate S. 138946, South Auckland
Land Registry, for the provision of amenities from and after
