MATAMATA COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take for road the land described in the Schedule hereto such land to be used for a deviation on Buckland Road, Matamata, R.D. 2. And notice is hereby further given that plans of the land so required to be taken are deposited in the public office of the Matamata County Council, Rose Street, Tirau, and are there open for inspection, that all persons directly affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any objection to the taking of the said land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, make a written objection and send it within 40 days after the first publication of this notice to the Town and Country Appeal Board at Wellington; and that if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

BAY OF ISLANDS COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ROAD

NOTICE is hereby given that the Bay of Islands County Council intends, under the provisions of the Counties Act 1956 to execute a certain work, namely a road and for the purpose of such work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928. And notice is further given that a plan showing the said land is deposited at the office of the council situated at Main Highway, Kawakawa, and may there be inspected without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours. All persons affected by the said work or by the taking of the said land and who have an objection thereto, not being an objection as to the amount or payment of compensation, must state their objections in writing and send the same to the Secretary, Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, P.O. Box 12244, Wellington North, so as to reach him not later than the 9th day of March 1975, being 40 days after the first publication of this notice. If any objection is received a public hearing of the same will be held unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of such hearing.

BOROUGH OF OTAHUHU

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LANDS UNDER THE PUBLIC WORKS ACT 1928

THE Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Otahuhu hereby give notice in accordance with Public Works Act 1928 and its amendments thereto, of their intention to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purpose of a public work, namely the construction of a railway overbridge at Massey Road-Mangere Road, Otahuhu, and construction of all earthworks and bypass roads and associated works made necessary by the construction of the State bridge. Every person directly affected by this notice is called upon to set forth in writing any objection he may wish to make to the taking of the land described in the Schedule hereto, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, and to send the written objection within 40 days of first publication of this notice to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, P.O. Box 12244, Wellington. Any objection made in accordance with section 22 (1) (b) of the Public Works Act 1928 as amended by section 6 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1973, will be heard at a public hearing unless the objections otherwise require, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

This notice is issued in accordance with the Public Works Act 1928.

  1. 151 Mangere Road, Otahuhu, being described as all that parcel of land containing twenty-six decimal seven perches (26.7 perches), more or less, being Lot 1, Deposited Plan 38328, and being part of Fairburns Old Land Claim 269A, and being all comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 2060, folio 78 (Auckland Registry).

  2. 153 Mangere Road, Otahuhu, being described as all that parcel of land containing thirty-five perches (35 perches), more or less, in the Borough of Otahuhu, being Lot 3 on a plan lodged in the Deeds Registry Office at Auckland, as number 596, and being proportion of Fairburns Old Land Claim number 269A, and being all land comprised and described in a certificate of title, Volume 770, folio 22 (Auckland Registry).

  3. 157 Mangere Road, Otahuhu, being described as:

(a) All that parcel of land containing thirty-five decimal three perches (35.3 perches), more or less, situated in the Borough of Otahuhu, being Lot 1 on a plan lodged in the Deed Registry Office at Auckland, as number 596, and being proportion of Fairburn Claim number 269A, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 770, folio 137 (Auckland Registry), and

(b) And that parcel of land containing seven decimal two perches (7.2 perches), more or less situated in the borough of Otahuhu, being section 6 of Block 67, Otahuhu serving district, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 833, folio 10 (Auckland Registry).
