Pursuant to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for police purposes (residences) from and after the 3rd day of February 1975.

Pursuant to sections 32 and 216 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the S.I.M.T. Railway from and after the 3rd day of February 1975.

The Traffic (National Roads Board) Notice No. 1, 1974
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
- This notice may be cited as the Traffic (National Roads Board) Notice No. 1, 1974.
- The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 40-miles-an-hour speed limit areas for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.
- The notice under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956* dated the 15th day of June 1971†, which relates to roads under the control of the National Roads Board forming the Ellerslie-Penrose interchange on the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway is hereby revoked.
SCHEDULE
All those roads under the control of the National Roads Board and forming the Ellerslie-Penrose interchange on the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway, such roads being marked in red on the plan No. TT. 4032 A and B, deposited in the Head Office of the Ministry of Transport, Wellington.

The Traffic (Malvern County) Notice No. 2, 1974
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
- This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Malvern County) Notice No. 2, 1974.
- The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be limited speed zones for the purposes of regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.
- The notice under section 36 of the Transport Act 1949 and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956* dated the 2nd day of February 1961†, which relates to roads situated within Malvern County at Kirwee Township is hereby revoked.

No. 73 State Highway (Christchurch-Kumara): from a point 320 metres measured south-easterly generally along the said State highway from Courtney Road to a point 320 metres measured westerly generally along the said State highway from Courtney Road.
