The Traffic (National Roads Board) Notice No. 1, 1974

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (National Roads Board) Notice No. 1, 1974.
2. The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 40-miles-an-hour speed limit areas for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.
3. The notice under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956* dated the 15th day of June 1971†, which relates to roads under the control of the National Roads Board forming the Ellerslie-Penrose interchange on the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway is hereby revoked.

SCHEDULE

All those roads under the control of the National Roads Board and forming the Ellerslie-Penrose interchange on the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway, such roads being marked in red on the plan No. TT. 4032 A and B, deposited in the Head Office of the Ministry of Transport, Wellington.
