DESCRIPTION OF EASEMENT

THE full, free, and uninterrupted right, liberty, and licence for the Crown from time to time and at all times to drain, discharge, or convey septic tank effluent and fluid in any quantities along over and under the land described in the First Schedule hereto and for that purpose to lay and maintain a line of effluent pipes through and under the piece of land described in the said First Schedule, and secondly in order to construct or maintain the efficiency of any such effluent pipes, the full, free, uninterrupted, and unrestricted right, liberty, and licence for the grantee, its surveyors, engineers, servants, or agents and workmen to enter upon the land described in the said First Schedule, for the purpose of laying, inspecting, cleansing, repairing, maintaining, and renewing any such effluent pipes or any parts thereof and of opening up the soil of that land to such an extent as may be necessary and reasonable.
