A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis
Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Taumarunui, as from
the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 30th day of
January 1975.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XI, Tuhua Survey
District, described as follows:

plan.
As shown on plan M.O.W. 28318 (S.O. 46878) deposited in
the office of the Minister of Works and Development at Wellington and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 25th day of January 1975.

PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis
Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby pro-
claim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Chairman,
Councilliors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waipa as from
the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 30th day of
January 1975.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 337 square metres, being
part Section 6, Block V, Puniu Survey District; as shown on
plan M.O.W. 28314 (S.O. 47622) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works and Development at Wellington and
thereon marked “A”.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 25th day of January 1975.

The Coromandel County Council Waters and Foreshore
Control Order 1975

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 21st day of
January 1975
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to sections 8A and 165 of the Harbours Act 1950,
His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes
the following order.
ORDER

1. (1) This order may be cited as the Coromandel County
   Council Waters and Foreshore Control Order 1975.
   (2) This order shall come into force on the date of its
   publication in the Gazette.
2. In this order-
   “The Act” means the Harbours Act 1950;
   “The Council” means the Coromandel County Council;
   “Foreshore” means such parts of the bed, shore, or banks
   of a tidal water as are covered by the flow and ebb of
   the tide of ordinary spring tides;
   “Minister” means the Minister of Transport and includes
   any officer, person, or authority acting by or under
   the direction or authority of the Minister.
