IN THE MATTER of the Companies Act 1955, and IN THE MATTER
of OSSEBAAR FASHIONS LIMITED:
NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for winding up the
abovenamed company by the Supreme Court was, on the
13th day of June 1975, presented to the said Court by
MOSGIEL LIMITED a company within the meaning of the
Companies Act 1955 having its registered office at No. 90
Crawford Street, Dunedin and carrying on business there
and elsewhere as a textile manufacturer and distributor. And
that the said petition is directed to be heard before the
Court sitting at Dunedin on the 25th day of July 1975, at
10.00 o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory
of the said company desirous to support or oppose the
making of an order on the said petition may appear at
the time of the hearing in person or by his counsel for
that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished
by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the
said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated
charge for the same.

NOTE: Any person who intends to appear on the hearing

The notice must state the name, address and description of
the person, or, if a firm, the name, address and description
of the firm, and an address for service within 3 miles
of the office of the Supreme Court at Dunedin, and must
be signed by the person or firm, or his or their Solicitor
(if any) and must be served, or, if posted, must be sent
by post in sufficient time to reach the abovenamed petitioner's
address for service not later than 4.00 o'clock in the afternoon
of the 24th day of July 1975.

WELLINGTON CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, the Urban
Renewal and Housing Improvement Act 1945, and the
Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and their respective
amendments:
NOTICE is hereby given that the Wellington City Council
proposes under the provisions of the above-named Acts and
all other Acts, powers, and authorities enabling it in that
behalf to execute a certain public work, namely, the redevelopment
of the Aro Street - Willis Street Reclamation Area No. 3,
and for the purposes of that public work the lands described
in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken. And notice
is hereby further given that a plan of the lands which are
required to be taken is deposited in the public office of
the Town Clerk to the said Council in the Municipal Offices
Building, 5 Mercer Street, Wellington, and is there open
for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary
office hours and that any person affected by the execution
of the said public work or the taking of the said land
should if he has any objection to the execution of the said
public work or to the taking of the said land, not being an
objection to the amount or payment of compensation, send
his written objection within forty (40) days from the first
publication of this notice to the Town and Country Planning
Appeal Board, 175 The Terrace, Wellington. And notice is
hereby further given that if any objection is made as afore-
said a public hearing of that objection will be held unless
the objector otherwise requires and each objector will be
advised of the time and place of that hearing and will also
be advised of the reason for the proposed taking.
SCHEDULE
FIRSTLY, all that piece of land containing eight and nine
tenths (8.9) perches, more or less, being part of Section 47
on the public map of the Town of Wellington, and being
also Lot 2 on Deposited Plan 395, being all the land com-
prised and described in certificate of title, Volume 339, folio
296, Wellington Registry, being the property known as 328
Willis Street, Wellington.
Secondly, all that piece of land containing nine and two
tenths (9.2) perches, more or less, being part of Section 47
on the public map of the Town of Wellington, and being
also Lot 1, Deposited Plan 395, and being all the land
comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 339,
folio 295, Wellington Registry, being the property known as
330 Willis Street, Wellington.
Thirdly, all that piece of land containing four and six
tenths (4.6) perches, more or less, being part Section 43,
Polhill Gully, and being all the land comprised and described
in certificate of title, Volume 120, folio 152, Wellington
Registry, being the property known as 15 Ohiro Road,
Wellington.
Fourthly, all that piece of land containing thirteen and
thirty two one-hundredths (13.32) perches, more or less, being
part of Section 49, Town of Wellington, and being all the
land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume
397, folio 163, Wellington Registry, being the property known
as 2 Brooklyn Road, Wellington.

NORTHCOTE BOROUGH COUNCIL
IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and the Municipal
Corporations Act 1954:
NOTICE is hereby given that the Northcote Borough Council
proposes under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts,
to take the land described in the Schedule hereto and being
more particularly identified as being that piece of land situated
between the properties known as No. 22 and 24 Sylvan
Avenue, Northcote, and having its north-western boundary
at Onepoto Basin and its south-eastern boundary at Sylvan
Avenue, for the purposes of a public work namely the pro-
vision of a public access way to and for the purpose of
sports grounds and/or pleasure grounds in Onepoto Basin.
And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land
so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of
the Town Clerk of the said Council, situate at 8 Kilham
Avenue, Northcote, and is open for inspection without fee
by all persons during ordinary office hours. Every person
directly affected by and who objects to the taking of such
land must set forth in writing any objections he may wish
to make to the taking of the said land, not being an objec-
tion to the amount or payment of compensation, and send
written objections within 40 days after the first publication
of this notice to the Town and Country Planning Appeal
Boards (Tribunals Division), Private Bag, Postal Centre,
Wellington. If any objection is made as above, a public
hearing of the objections will be held unless the objector
otherwise requires and each objector will be advised of the
time and place of such public hearing.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Registrar of Friendly Societies
has pursuant to section 70 of the Friendly Societies Act 1909,
by writing under his hand dated this 1st day of July 1975
cancelled the registry of Loyal Coleridge Lodge, No. 6576,
Register No. 312/11 (12) with registered office at Glentunnel,
a branch of the North Canterbury District of the Manchester
Unity Independent Order of Odd Fellows (New Zealand)
Friendly Society, on the ground that the said branch has
ceased to exist.

loan of $47,000, authorised to be raised by the Balclutha
Borough Council under the Local Authorities Loans Board
Act 1956, the said Balclutha Borough Council hereby makes
