IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter
of THUNDERBIRD VALLEY INN LTD.:
NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of section 281 of the
Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the above-
named company will be held at the office of Hutchison, Hull
& Co., Premier Buildings, Durham Street East, Auckland, on
Monday, the 28th day of July 1975, at 10 o'clock in the
morning, for the purpose of having an account laid before
it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the
property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive
any explanation thereof by the liquidator.
Further business:

To consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following resolution as an extraordinary resolution, namely:
"That the books and papers be retained by the liquidator
for 5 years and then be destroyed."
Every member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting
is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead
of him. A proxy need not also be a member.

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter
of MIDDLE EARTH MANUFACTURING LTD.:
NOTICE is hereby given that an extraordinary resolution for
winding up was passed by the above-named company on the
9th day of July 1975. And that a meeting of creditors of
the above-named company will, pursuant to sections 284, 285,
and 286 of the above Act, be held at the offices of Messrs
Hornblow, Carran, Kurta, Lawrence & Co., Solicitors, Druids
Chambers, Woodward Street, Wellington, on the 18th day
of July 1975 at 2.00 o'clock in the afternoon.

NOTE: The member entitled to attend and vote is entitled
to appoint a proxy to attend and vote as instructed by him
and that proxy need not be a member of the company.

12 o'clock on the 17th day of July 1975.
