Excluding Part of Land From a Maori Reservation
WHEREAS by Order in Council dated 19 October 1966, published in Gazette, 3 November 1966, No. 67, p. 1726, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, was set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a recreation reserve, for the common use and benefit of the Maoris in the general area of Mourea and Tikitere Station; and whereas it is proposed to exclude a part of the said land from the said Maori reservation:
Now therefore, pursuant to section 439 (5) (a) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, that part of the said reservation containing 1.6 perches (41 mΒ²), as shown edged red on plan T840, held in the office of the Maori Land Court at Rotorua, is hereby excluded from the said Maori reservation.

Licensing Franich Bros. Ltd., Douglas Milton Matich, and Tasman Ronald Matich to Occupy a Site for a Wharf at Ruawai
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, I, Grant Stewart Ellis Milne of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby license and permit Franich Bros. Ltd., Douglas Milton Matich, and Tasman Ronald Matich (hereinafter called the licensees, which term in respect of Franich Bros. Ltd. shall include its successors and assigns and in respect of Douglas Milton Matich and Tasman Ronald Matich shall include their administrators, executors, or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Ruawai as shown on plan marked M.D. (N) 17 and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Auckland, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a wharf as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensees upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of August 1974.
