Declaring Land in Roadways Laid out in Block XV, Bay of Islands Survey District, Bay of Islands County, to be Road

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in roadways laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 24th day of April 1970, to be road, and to be vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Bay of Islands.
