Tariff Notice No. 1975/72—Application for Withdrawal of Approval

NOTICE is hereby given that an application has been made for the withdrawal of the following approval of the Minister of Customs and for the future admission of the goods at substantive rates of duty:

Any person wishing to lodge an objection to the granting of this application should do so in writing on or before 17 July 1975. Submissions should include a reference to the application number, Tariff item and description of goods concerned, be addressed to the Comptroller of Customs, Private Bag, Wellington and supported by information as to:

(a) The quality, range, supply, etc., of the above-described goods produced in New Zealand; and

(b) The landed cost and selling price, including c.d.v., and cost into store in terms of f.o.b., insurance, freight, exchange, other landing charges, duty etc., of equivalent goods of overseas origin.

Transfer by the Housing Corporation of New Zealand to the Rural Banking and Finance Corporation of Certain Instruments by Way of Security

Pursuant to section 41 of the Rural Banking and Finance Corporation Act 1974, the Housing Corporation of New Zealand hereby transfers all its interest, rights, and powers under the instruments by way of security, under the Chattels Transfer Act 1924, respectively mentioned in the Schedule hereto, to the Rural Banking and Finance Corporation of New Zealand.
