Amending a Declaration Taking Land for a Parking Place in the City of Nelson
Pursuant to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the Declaration dated the 26th day of June 1974, published in Gazette, 11 July 1974, No. 67, p. 1399, declaring land taken for a parking place in the City of Nelson by omitting the Schedule and substituting the following Schedule.
