Land Taken for a Service Lane in the City of East Coast Bays
DENIS BLUNDELL, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a service lane and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors and Citizens of the City of East Coast Bays, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of July 1975.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 5.5 perches situated in the City of East Coast Bays, and being part Lot 1, D.P. 52868; as shown coloured yellow on plan S.O. 47220 lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.
Given under the hand of his Excellency the Governor-General and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 26th day of June 1975.

Amending the Constitution of the Auckland Water Region

At the Government House at Wellington this 9th day of June 1975

Pursuant to the Water and Soil Conservation Act 1967, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends the Order in Council dated 2 April 1973 and published in the Gazette, 1973, Vol. I, p. 728, constituting the Auckland Water Region by inserting after the words "with the exception of the provisions of Part V and Part VI of the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941" the words "but including the provisions of section 115A of the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941".

Authorising the Coromandel County Council to Reclaim Land at Coromandel Harbour

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 23rd day of June 1975

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council
Pursuant to section 175 (2) and subject to sections 176 to 182 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Coromandel County Council to reclaim from the bed of Coromandel Harbour 6955.6 square metres, more or less, of foreshore, as shown coloured green on plan M.D. 15569, and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Wellington.

Chairman of the Tobacco Board Appointed
Pursuant to section 7 of the Tobacco Growing Industry Act 1974, the Minister of Trade and Industry hereby appoints Sir Jack Wolfred Ashford Harris as Chairman of the Tobacco Board from the 1st day of May 1975 to the 30th day of June 1976.

Notifying the Appointment of a Member of the Electric Linemen Training Committee
The Minister of Electricity hereby notifies the appointment of: William John Gatland (in place of Mr N. D. Webb) as a member of the Electric Linemen Training Committee, for the purposes of the Electric Linemen Regulations 1960, and further notifies the appointment of the said William John Gatland as chairman of that committee.
