Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Malvern County) Notice No. 1, 1975.
-
The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be limited speed zones for the purpose of regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956.

The Traffic (Malvern County) Notice No. 2, 1974, dated the 21st day of January 1975 under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956* which relates to roads situated within Malvern County at Kirwee is hereby revoked.
SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Malvern County at Kirwee:
No. 73 State Highway (Christchurch-Kumara): from a point 320 metres measured south-easterly generally along the said State highway from Courtenay Road to a point 320 metres measured westerly generally along the said State highway from Courtenay Road.
Adelaide Street.
Anson Street.
Courtenay Road: from a point 320 metres measured southerly generally along the said road from State Highway 73 (Christchurch-Kumara) to a point 480 metres measured northerly generally along the said road from State Highway 73 (Christchurch-Kumara).
High Street.
Thomas Street.
Tramway Road: from No. 73 State Highway (Christchurch-Kumara) to a point 640 metres measured north-westerly generally along the said road from the said State highway.

Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 18) 1975
Pursuant to regulation 17 of the Import Control Regulations 1973*, the Minister of Trade and Industry hereby gives notice as follows:

(a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 18) 1975.
(b) This notice takes effect from 1 July 1975.

Goods of the classes specified and for the purposes of the Customs Tariff falling within the Tariff items in the Schedule hereto, imported from and being the produce or manufacture of Australia, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations.

The Awatapu High School Board of Governors Notice 1975
Pursuant to section 51 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
-
(1) This notice may be cited as the Awatapu High School Board of Governors Notice 1975.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of July 1975.

The Board of Governors of Awatapu secondary school shall be constituted as follows:
(a) One member appointed by the Wanganui Education Board.
(b) One member appointed by the Monrad Intermediate School Committee.
(c) One member appointed by the Palmerston North Intermediate Normal School Committee.
(d) One member appointed jointly by the Councils of Palmerston North Technical Institute, Palmerston North Teachers College, and Massey University.
(e) Five members elected by the parents of the pupils attending the Awatapu secondary school.
(f) Two members to be co-opted by the Board of Governors if and when it thinks fit.
